We created a thoughtfully curated, professionally designed abode that provides a respite from its bustling urban surroundings. 27 Brown St. is located in the heart of the Oregon District, and will be available to book starting December 2021. Built in 1886, the home boasts ample space, an abundance of light, a backyard with a fire pit, beautiful brass finishes, and is footsteps away from the city’s main attractions.

Gem City Dwell is an extension of the novel retail experience The Shoppable Home making many of the furniture pieces available to purchase for your own space. By partnering with local makers for some of the furnishings, we are able to offer various discounts to guests on their wares. Some dining, wellness, and activity discounts will also be included for denizens of 27 Brown St.
